Talent Acquisition Leader

The Mission

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader who doesn’t just "fill seats," but acts as a talent scout, a brand ambassador, and a strategic partner to our leadership team. You won't just follow a process—you will build the blueprint for how we scale.

The Role: Why This Matters

As our TA Leader, you are the gatekeeper of our culture and the architect of our team. You will partner directly with our founders and senior leaders to identify, hunt, and close the top 1% of Technical and Go-To-Market talent in the US.

Your immediate focus: Scaling our elite Engineering, Product, and Forward Deployed teams to meet the demands of our global expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect the Engine: Move beyond "post and pray." You’ll design a proactive sourcing machine that identifies passive talent at top-tier tech companies and construction-tech disruptors.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles that don't exist yet, ensuring we hire for where the company is going, not just where it is today.
  • Candidate Experience as a Product: Treat every candidate interaction like a high-end sales funnel. From the first "hello" to the signed offer, you ensure a frictionless, high-energy experience.
  • Brand Evangelism: Host high-impact networking events and "under-the-radar" info sessions that position H2 as the place to work in construction tech.
  • Own the Outcome: You aren’t measured by activity; you’re measured by the caliber of the team you build. You’ll take full ownership of our hiring velocity and quality.

  • A Startup Native: You thrive in the "beautiful chaos" of a fast-growing company. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot strategies in a heartbeat.
  • A Technical Talent Scout: You have 3+ years of experience in high-stakes recruiting. You know how to speak the language of Product Managers and Engineers.
  • A Closer: You don’t just find talent; you know how to pitch a mission and navigate complex negotiations to win the best people.
  • Relentlessly Proactive: You don’t wait for resumes to hit your inbox. You are a "headhunter" by nature, using personalized outreach that actually gets replies.
