Hinako started her career at Goldman Sachs in IBD before working for BCG. She engaged in various consulting project for public sector and private companies, including business strategy development, business support, and cost reduction. She then worked for Spiral Capital, a Tier 1 VC in Japan, where she invested in a variety of construction startups before joining H2.
